The Union of South Africa does hereby recognize HM King Alexander II of Great Britain and Ireland, Emperor of India, as King of South Africa. We also wish to be in attendance of the European nations, as we are traditioanlly the only independent, European and civilized nation on the Dark Continent.

We also wish to host a separate African Congress, to be held by all Claiming nations, colonies, interested nations, etc. as to deal with the non claimed lands, expecially in Northern Africa.
