Frederic Mistral became an inspiration of the people in Occitania and Catalonia or the Limousines in their rebellion from the French and Castillian opression fueled by Renaixença and the Basques as well were revolting..

In this TL France, AustroHungary and Spain are divided and their colonies become independent after World War I, Pays Limousins(Catalonia and Occitania), Romania,Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Euskal Herria, Germany and Italy are under the Holy Roman Commonwealth ruled by the Bourbons.

Castille becomes an independent republic as Portugal which loses colonies as well...

movement in 1830's and the Limousine people become desperate for freedom which causes loss of stability for France and Spain the same thing is happening to the Slovakians who want independence from hungary and Romanians want reunification and the Risorgimento of Italy is starting to happen...
