I've noticed that, in some cases, the name of the wiki account differs slightly in case from that of the forum account (e.g. maverick vs. Maverick, KyleB vs. kyleb). Is this simply an inconsistency in IAN's data entry, or is it a preview of something more sinister?

It's just because they wrote their names a bit differently on their personal wiki page. Nothing sinister.

Well, then, who made the connection that "we have a page titled Maverick, so whenever the user whose account is named maverick edits the wiki, the editor name should be recorded as Maverick"?

EDIT: See here (http://wiki.alternatehistory.com/doku.php/offtopic/ah.com_newspaper?do=revisions), 21 November 2010.

I'm affraid that's beyond the reach of the regular wiki user. It's got to be some kind of glitch in the administration. Maybe it can't render his name with a small "m" in those lists of edits ?
