Vatican City, Monaco, San Marino, and Andorra dissapear and are replaced by lakes. What happens?
Does the Catholic Church survive without most of it's centralized leadership?

nothing really happens, alot of slezzy secrative banks are now gone, the vatican well, they would just move it somewere else in rome, but god all that sweet art in the vatican is now gone!
