What happens really depends WHEN this happens, eh?
Do it in the 1700s and I doubt we'll have a USA.
Do it in the 1800s and the Industrial Revolution is REALLY interesting, plus Japan becomes a US territory I think.
Do it in the 1940s and change the whole WWII dynamic.
Lots of possibilities, all depending when this happens.

The US now has at least three Disney Parks (Disneyland, Disney World and Tokyo Disney). "Merry Old England" becomes an amusement park so enough also.

The Australlian Desert would become fertile if it was right there because it would acaulty get Rainfall, while the Rest of Europe is in Trouble.
