*starts looking around on Wikipedia, finds nothing, types it into Google Toolbar, comes across this (http://www-atm.physics.ox.ac.uk/user/iwi/charmap.html)*

Now, is that it? Too bad I lack the neccesary character sets...

Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map
At least, that's how it is on this computer.

I believe you can install the necessary character sets under Regional and Language Options on the Control Panel.

Also, you can add a language to your system, make it appear in the taskbar (like "EN"), and change it at will - your keyboard will allow typing in anything except maybe chinese or the likes. If you go to your accessories, you will find an onscreen-keyboard, too, which will make typing in foreign fonts much easier.

I think there's a way around that - the zero-width non-joiner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-width_non-joiner).

I think there was a controversy back in 2005(when this thread was made) where the Bush Admin. fired a bunch of Arabic translators for being homosexual
