What if under some strange circumstances, Queen Victoria is born a Victor? Would there be a Wilhelm II?

I'm not sure the question is logical

For a start, the question ought to be what if Alexandrina Victoria was Alexander Victor... though had he been a boy then he is more likely to have been given a more usual royal name anyway

Then, this exact question was discussed not too long ago under this exact same title

And, obviously whether or not there is a Wilhelm II he would not be OUR Wilhelm II as even if there is a Victoria to marry her father she would not be OUR Victoria as her parents would be pseudo-Victor plus a female, rather than Victoria plus Albert

We're rehashing too many old questions lately. Not Merowinger's fault because he's new, but still...

We need some more history to debate people! Come on, let's go invade somewhere or start a space programme or assassinate a president or something...

That's because anything out of the ordinary is greeted with the chirp of crickets.
