OTL Map Database

We've said we needed one for a while but as usual it falls to muggins here to actually do it.

I've come to the conclusion that there's no point in trying to create a "single true" set of OTL maps - different basemaps, disagreements over colour schemes and techniques etc mean it's better to have several articles containing their own sets of maps. As long as each is internally consistent it's all right.

Great job w/ creating this map directory, and placing all my maps into a single directory grouped by geographical subject matter. I am glad you have included my GIMPified labelled China regional maps, for I have busted major hump drafting those maps. Stay tuned, for there will be more coming in the future, as well as a version of my World BAM w/ rivers when I do finish it... eventually.:D:D
