I think it's a fine idea, but I do think the page name should be something else, something more suitable for a namespace. The title can still be "The ATL Map Database" but maybe the page could be something like ATL Maps.

Well actually the name doesn't matter so much, I just don't what another index disaster like the blank maps database.
