Sometime in the 70's, Philip K Dick said that he had seen a giant head in the sky, telling him the world's future or somesuch. While this might have definitely made him quit doing enough speed to kill several hyperactive classrooms it also convinced him of his mission to inform the world of the plots against it he outlines in Man in the High Castle, VALIS, etc.

But what if it were real, What if a Giant head appeared over SF and outlined several paranoid plots being hatched against the world by the US Govt, Israelis, World SF Assoc, Ian Montgomerie, etc etc.

What would happen next?
