It's me again, sorry.
Is is right that a humble user like me cannot create another namespace in the wiki?
If so, I can understand completely, but for some reason I would like to know for sure ...

I believe you can crate a namespace on the Wiki, I mean I did that myself a few weeks ago and I haven't seen anyone complaining about it.

Just don't create pages that don't have a namespace.
