United States of America? Must be a typo on your map since there country is known as the United State of America. All states were abolished and country is basically run from Washington City. The change is even reflected in the modifications to the Federal Government, the US Congress is simply known as the Continental Congress and the President's full title is Governor-President.

Well, at least the Americans still have Alaska, though the borders are different... what's with the narrow southern panhandle? Glad to see they kicked the Ruskies out in WW1.
