How do you start a wiki page, sorry, I've never worked on this kind of stuff before?

The best way is to add a link on an existing page. Then you click the link, and there's your new page, click "create new page". To make a link use this format:

[[namespace: pagename]] - (space isn't needed had to do that because it was turning into a smiley)

For example,

[[offtopic:Nowherestan]]
