I read recently that the document which listed the 103 players caught by the steroid tests in 2003 was supposed to have been destroyed but wasn't. How do you think the sport would have responded had the list been destroyed?
Many of the players on the list (Ortiz, Ramirez, and so forth) were presumed clean (and for all we know, have been clean since that test though that's unlikely).
