just a thought that occured to me

Start of in the Drakensburg, South Africa.
From Johannesburg fly to Jerusalem, staying overnight.
Transfering to St Petersburg for three nights
And then going west by train to the town of Soissons, France.
Take a hired bus down to Paris, and then on to Tours, when you will take the bus back to Paris, staying the night.
Taking the train to Calais, you then go to Dover. Travel to London to see the tour of London. Two nights stay.
Fly from Heathrow to New York, where you will travel to Philadelphia, and then to Gettesburg. Stay for two nights in Philadelphia.
Travel west to Austin, Texas, and then west again to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Finish the trip by traveling north into Canada at Quebec City.
Total days=17 days
