In ASB, Mosaic Eart, ME5 Mexico, I posted a newspaper, does it look authentic-1945. If not, how could I make it better?

Nice newspaper. On the flag, maybe you should put the Meixcan eagle in the center like what is posted below.

Oh, and try to keep non-English names consistent. Use either Juan Carlos or John Charles, not Juan Charles.

I was going to put it on, but I couldnt find the Imperial Mexican Eagle (used by that I-guy and Maximillian) without the background. As for his name, its supposed to be a consistant Alsatian-Spanish name. Monarchs for Mexico go like this

Queen Maria Isabell I
Queen/Empress Christina I
Emperor Fernando Alois I
Empress Adelaide Caroline (Fernando's sister, wasnt supposed to become empress)
Emperor Juan Charles (Fernando and Adelaide Caroline's nephew,)
