WI Swift's book were actually written by Gulliver and had actually happened? How would the West react to Lilliput, Blefescu, Laputa, the Hoynnihimms, the Yahoos, Brobdignag, etc.?

In the middle ages and early rennaisance, there were various horror stories about strange sentient creatures and monsters living in lands far away.
So I guess these stories get a new go and anti-colonialist tendencies rise in most European countries.

The comicbook THE OZ SQUAD, a WI where Dorothy Gale and friends work for the CIA, had a good explaination of what would happen if Lilliput and Bleufascu exsited. Both of these countries would compete with Japan in the area of mirco-elctronics.

If all these strange new worlds became knowledgeable of each other..what is to stop the normal size humans, E.G. us, from just going to Liliputia and taking it over, capturing it's inhabitants to use as a miniature workforce or to keep as objects of curiosity? Better yet what is to keep the giants of Brobdinag from doing the same thing to the rest of the humans?
