Crosstime traffic meets worldwar

Here's an idea that came to me the other day. What if cross time travelers came across Tosev 3? (Tosev 3 is what the Race calls Earth) How would the Race react to them? What about the local humans? How to mention how the cross time travelers would feel about an earth where large areas are ruled by aliens.

BTW I have read all the world war novels and well as the colonization novels and Homeward bound. I have not read the Crosstime traffic novels but have read reviews of them on Amazon.com.

Crosstime Traffic scours crosstime and they higher/assemble a group of "Seven Samuri". This group is composed of:

Luther Arkwright

Well since the whole Crosstime Traffic is set in the future, I'd be they would be focusing on grabbing the Worldwar tech, as it's far advanced than what the Crosstime folks have.
Second they'd probably gear up for a potential war, after all there are aliens out there it seems. Possibly the Race has set back the invasion of earth for a couple of hundred years.

Aren't all the Crosstime books set in about 2150 or something? The last we heard Tosev III was only on about 2032...

Well, I suppose the question is WHEN in the Worldwar universe is the Crosstime universe connected. For the most part, I don't see any reason why the Crosstime universe should not adhere to the "alt-hist Prime Directive".

I was reading Homeward bound when the idea came to mind. So around 2031.
