Tens of thousands of people appear in a group of pressurized domes built by the ASBs on the dark side of the moon. Everyone who is there had "disappeared" in OTL, so Earth's history is relatively undisturbed. The domes include artificial gravity, maintaining a constant of 1G at all times. The people somehow know how to use the advanced technology given to them.

Within a week, they are using the spacesuits to travel between domes. By year's end, they have discovered resources left behind by the ASBs that allow them to create a self-sustaining environment. They eventually decide to start a community.

What happens next, and how long can this settlement go unnoticed by the people of Earth?

They may not have even heard of James Bond. In any case, I can't see them having the means to threaten the world.

Well it depends upon where all these thousands of people come from. Different nationalities, different languages, religions, beliefs?

I see several groups waging a 'war' over the resources. whoever controls those, controls everyone. Therefore you get your James Bond like villian. Then you get a society that has a perople dominated and control by a group of poeple who use their control on the resouces they need to survive.

An authoritian society on the far side of the moon. complete with the New Royalty and the Peasants who man the hyrdoponics and build things to bring joy to the leaders.

Then bloody revoluti8on as the peasants rise up and smite down their rulers. Heavy loses on the peasants side as they are uncooridinated and basically angry rabble facing the disiplined Royal guards.

in the end it's a bloody mess. and the peasants win, but glutton on the resources and destroy themselves.

Until I take the bloodly remant (as I have been translated from the future not being born yet) and we make vast ships in a short period of time and this bloodly remant lands of Ireland and unites them, later spreading us across the entire world. The Bloodly renemant rules earth and the moon with our bloody fists and the members of AH get a crowned kings of this alternate dimension as well.
