Lets imagine that blackshirt revolution happens in Germany insteed of the Nazi version.
Thereby bringing a non-racist, pure Fascist Regime to power in Germany in 1933. Like the one Mussolini made before the racist element was forced upon him by Hitler.

How would this have played out in 1930s and beyond?

Without Jewish scientists fleeing, without the maltreatment of East-Europeans the "Fazis" might kick soviet ass. Might. Many more factors needs consideration, especially since we do not how competent/incompetent the Fazi leadership would be, and if they'd meddle in the military / civilian life much.

Since the equivalent to the Blackshirts were the Nazi SA (Brownshirts)
and the SS were the Blackshirts...

We need a real fascist party...the National Socialists were that Party IOTL...the NDVP was nationalist, anti-democratic and monarchist, but not truly fascist...

This also depends on what kind of fascist Germany exists, especially since racism and anti-semitism was popular since 1918 and before, and not especifically related to the nazis...everyone believed in the superiority of their national race (the british and the french believed the same about themselves, I believe) and blamed the jews/socialists/evil secret cabal for losing the war...

First we need to get rid of Hitler, then find another German Mussolini and give him some kind of popular base, maybe in addition the Stahlhelm or the Reichswehr...and other Freikorps...

And the monarchy is restored, both Ludendorff and the Stahlhlem were monarchists!

I know, but a restoration does not mean no fascisem, italia, romenia, hungary osv wear all monarchys, albit hungary did not allow its "monarch" to enter the country.
And ludendorff did run for pres in 25.
But maby hughenberg or seldthe would work better? (still monarchist though)

I can't imagine a far-right German movement in the 20s that isn't anti-semitic. It was just so damn pervasive...

I can see Goering as perhaps the leader of a more 'pure' Fascist party.

It could be a bit less important a policy for the movement, though, couldn't it?

Anti-semitism was everywhere not just germany. If ludendorff or Hugenberg take power i could see a fascist government arising with Prince Wilhelm of Prussia, the grandson of Kaiser Wilhelm, as a figurehead much as his grandfather was later in world war one.

There are degrees of anti-Semitism, like with everything else. Hungary or Romania were both pretty anti-Semitic, and so was Poland, but nowhere near as bad as the Nazis.

Exactly; most of the right-wing nationalist groups weren't overly fond of Jews, but that doesn't mean they would replicate the Nazi policy of extermination.
