All people in the Middle East are ISOTed to the USA. Their countries simply disappear; however, all state assets are divided up equally among all ISOTed people and put in American banking accounts. Everyone has their account information. What happens?

BTW, Jerusalem, Mecca, and Medina are also ISOTed to Arizona, somewhere in the desert.

wheres the land that was the middle east? just blank desert or some other surface area? and how are the people placed? there might be some "inter penetrations", like in axis of evil.
