The German Reich of August 1st, 1914 is ISOTed to August 1st, of 1924. Would the French restart what will probably be as bloody a conflict as the Great War so soon after it ended? Perhaps the French and British agree to recognize a German sphere in Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland, and the Baltics in return for Alsace-Lorraine and Germany allowing the Allies to keep their over seas territories.

In 1925, Austria becomes part of Germany. Hungarya, a close allie.
The Wermarcht in the east is mobilised against Poland and Czechoslovakia instead of the Russian Empire and readies for an invasion from the west.
In 1929, Wall Street crash resulted in a world economic crisis. Due to "allied" economical restrictions, Germany is relatively sparred.
While the western colonial powers where distracted with their economical problems, Germany moved east and Japan moved west.
Th little entente was made of Czechoslovakia, Romania and Yugoslavia.
The Steel Pact was made of Germany and Hungarya, soon they would be joined by Slovakia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Croatia.
Yugolsavia was reduced to Greater Serbia. An organisation called Iron Guard began taking over Romania starting in 1933.
Later, conflict began on the Italian-Austrian border. The wermarcht is rapidly beating the Italians, Mussolini is betrayed and removed from power but Germans decideds he is the most reliable as a puppet and turn on Italian "republicans". Trentin is annexed and Faschist Italia would join the Steel Pacte in late 34.
In 1935, a rump greece was reduced to a puppet, while Albania and Macedonia became Italian colonies.
Bulgaria would join the Steel Pacte for Istanbule, starting the turkish war.
Istanbule became Constantinople again and Thrace (Basically Turkish west coast) became Italian colony colonised by the "most european" Greeks.
Rest of Turkey became a German colony except for Kurdistan and the Armenian free republic.
1936, elections in Spain result in a civil war. The Luftwaffen is deployed and win it`s first major victory before the end of the year.
In 1937, Spain is united under a nationalist Governement by primarly German military force. Both Spain and Portugal join the Steel Pacte, an anti-communist alliance is signed with Japan.
France and Britain have become warry of the Steel Pacte. They still have technological/military superiority but Germany have economical prosperity and outnumer them with the Steel Pacte.

Not quite. If the Kaiser is inflexible enough to restart the war ( as in rejecting what remains of Versailles ), the war will be over in a few month this time.
Reasons : the french have a ready army, with 4 years of advanced tech ( esp tanks and planes, but also cannons and chemical weapons ) and know the german warplans.
In particular, the french tactics are way more advanced than OTL 1939 ( no, that's not a typo ) and they know to concentrate their tanks ( high 100s to low 1000s for a single battle, repeat as needed ).
This definitely means that Antwerpen never falls to the german, and so that the Reich doesn't have the nitrates it needs to tide over till the Haber process comes on line. So, in less than 6 month ( provided germany doesn't fold before - can you spell tank panic -), the german army has no ammo any longer
OTOH, the treaty is going to be very different from Versailles this time. Either much more lenient or much harsher, it's a toss-up
