Well, I think it wouldn't matter, I'm middle aged, well close to it at least, I'm 42, carry some extra weight, a little on the short side (5' 7.5"), and terribly nearsighted. I think the preservation of the Human Race would be utmost even with the "flaws" many of us have. I think we could see a system, sort of based on how the Soviet Union did with sports figures, the more children we father, we get more money, bigger houses, nice cars. I think maybe the females would try using the carrot (instead of the stick) first to get us to keep humanity going and if you want my opinion, I think many of us, especially single and unattached would jump at the chance. Myself, I wish I would fine that special lady to spend my life with but in this world, it would go up in smoke, but given these rewards and perks, I can take care of my family quite well, well, the female members of course like my Mom, aunts, cousin and 93 year old grandmother. I'd miss my friends unless they are here but we have a lot of AHer's here and I'm sure we'd all get together and still have fun in our spare time. Come to think of it, my cousin, who is worth millions, will disappear so it would be upon my shoulders to take care of his family, again the perks and rewards would help that. I'm just trying to make it best in this world thrust upon us.

So I don't think we'd be imprisoned unless some of us refuse to do "our duty," but I'm sure most would decide that driving Ferraris and Rolls Royces and having a big house would be much better lifestyle.
