The United States as 50 independent nations

COMMONWEALTH OF THE AMERICAN UNION TREATY

1.All nations that are part of the American Union must swear allegiance to the president of the United States or if all states of the former United States have become independent, they shall swear allegiance to the president of Washington D.C.

2.If any nation has any problem with any other nation in the commonwealth, they will have to solve their differences in Washington D.C. in a crisis and the president of Washington D.C. will head the precedings,to find a permanent solution to the problem.

3.United States/Washington D.C. can take control of each nation's armed forces,if the nation is in dire straits.

4.Each nation must be part of NATO and the allies.

5.Each nation in the commonwealth must share an annual report on progress made in each nation every five years to United States/Washington D.C. and discuss ways to make it better.

6.Every eight years, games can be held in competition by each nation in the commonwealth.

7.Each nation before becoming completely independent, must have a ten-year lease by each nation and United States/Washington D.C. to become a puppet regime,so that each nation can learn how to govern themselves before they become a completely independent nation.

8.No nation can declare war on another nation,if that nation part of the commonwealth.

9.Each nation in the commonwealth can conduct it's own foreign affairs, make treaties and have it's own armed forces.

10.Each nation is free to leave the commonwealth but should be strongly discouraged.

11.If any nation(outside of the commonwealth e.g. iran or north korea) attacks a nation that is part of the commonwealth,Washington D.C. and other commonwealth nations must come to its defense.

12.Any nation that is part of the commonwealth must grant military access to each nation in the commonwealth,so that troops and supplies can flow freely,so that if a disaster happens, they can be there.

13.United States/Washington D.C. can help train each nations armed forces by having army troops stationed there.

19.Each nation in the commonwealth must not show aggression to eachother, and must serve eachother with friendship and cooperation.

20.Each nation in the commonwealth, who wants to keep their businesses in another nation of the commonwealth, can do so by agreement.

Iowa as a independent nation

1.Iowa will be a stanch supporter of the United States or Washington D.C.

2.Iowa will almost consistanly vote in favor of the United States
/Washington D.C. at the U.N.

3.If the United States/Washington D.C. declares war on another nation,Iowa will have their full support and be in the war together and fight the enemy until the enemy is defeated.

(Note:If United States is still a nation at this time, the United States takes the lead. If Washington D.C. is a city-state(e.g. independent nation) at this time,Washington D.C. takes the lead.) It will take about 50 years before the United States is completely transformed into 50 independent nations.Civil War will not break if United States or Washington D.C. help the former states become puppet regimes to help them become completely independent nations.

Iam no ordinary independence movement,Iam very different than other independence movements.

Thanks.
