You can already notice by looking at the shape of their lower hull. They kind of remind me of our own Kerametal Aligátor, which uses a similar design :
The 1117 has a similarly shaped hull, and while it can ford deep water (and has a bilge pump to keep water out of the engine) it can't float, and is thus not truly amphibious. Does the Cobra (or the Aligátor) float?

Considering all of North Koreas issues and such the state of their dental facilities is sort of surprising.

Now, I enjoy a good pun - heck, I enjoy bad puns too - but I'm honestly not seeing what the pun is here.

Since it's North Korea, the dental facilities are presumably state-run.

I wish Ontario ones were. Dentists charge way too much and it is important to overall health.

That pun landed about 30 yards from the goal.

"Designated the TR-5b, the futuristic Tragfluügelboot concept called for the addition of twin turbojets to be added to a VS- type hydrofoil to create a high-speed, heavily-armed hydrofoil fast attack craft. The turbojets (two Jumo 004s or He S 011s) were to be mated to the hydrofoil to allow a drastic increase of speed during the final attack phase and disengagement of enemy vessels."

Leave it to Nazi funded weapons research to come up with an attack hydroplane.

admittedly, im no expert when it comes to ship design, but that thing looks like it would either tip over or sink to the point where its "legs" would be completely pointless

When it's not moving or moving slowly those are underwater, it's only when it reaches a certain speed that the ship lifts-up.

I was looking at it wrong; completely missed the waterline. I was thinking the "legs" were that long for some inexplicable reason but that it rode with the hull on the water. Yeah, I have to agree with you.
